Conceptis contributes free monthly puzzle to Japanese CRM and Call Center magazine

IM Press, a publisher for the professional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Call Center market in Japan, is now including one Conceptis MAP (Maze-a-Pix) puzzle in its magazine each month. According to IM Press, this puzzle will provide added value to their magazine.

"This is an excellent example how our puzzles can be used in new ways, making them even more popular" Says Gil Galanti, Marcom manager of Conceptis and adds a call for action to all Conceptis puzzle fans: "Conceptis will do everything to encourage more fans to find similar applications in their own countries. If you have ideas of this kind please don’t hesitate to contact me".

Being a serious business to business magazine, the editors at IM Press came up with the idea to spice up the publication with a supplemental fun element for their readers. By approaching Chie Fujisaki, the manager of Conceptis Japan, IM Press now receives a free puzzle contribution each month.

The IM Press magazine publishes news and articles about CRM and Call Center issues. Containing 80 pages and priced at 2,000 JPY, the magazine is published on a monthly basis with a circulation of 6000 copies.

IM Press Inc., "Interactive Marketing Press" was established in Tokyo in 1989. The 10 employee company specializes in planning, marketing, publishing and seminar production related to Call Center, CRM and direct marketing business.
