World’s first Battleship Puzzle-a-Day calendar released in North AmericaSunday, September 30, 2007
The world’s first daily calendar based on Battleship puzzles is now available in shops all over the USA and Canada. Released earlier this month by Sellers Publishing, Inc. Battleship Puzzle-a-Day 2008 Calendar (ISBN-13: 9781416214779) is a 6x5x1 inch box containing 312 Classic Battleship puzzles arranged in weekly progressive difficulty levels. There are six puzzles for each week, starting with ultra easy on Monday and ending with very hard on Saturdays/Sundays. Each puzzle is printed on a separate tear-off page with the solution printed on the back, and the instructions are provided in the form of additional tear-off pages at the top. Due to good pre-release distribution orders until now, Sellers Publishing decided to publish two more Battleship Puzzle-a-Day calendars in 2009 and 2010 as well as additional Puzzle-a-Day calendars with other Conceptis puzzles in 2009. “Box calendars are excellent media for daily puzzles and fit well with the worldwide brain-training boom” says Jennifer Stockless, Licensing and Product Development Manager at Sellers Publications. “We decided to use Battleship puzzles because we felt they are great yet still unknown in the market”. Battleship Puzzle-a-Day 2008 Calendar has already been reviewed by an avid Conceptis community member on a personal blog post titled Conceptis Addict: I love the mailman. Battleship puzzle fans that live outside the USA and Canada may be interested to know that the calendar can be ordered online from bothAmazon and Barnes & Nobel online Related resources |
