Kakuro Magazine with Conceptis Puzzles Published by Sanoma in the NetherlandsSunday, February 12, 2006
Kakuro Light, a new monthly magazine containing Kakuro puzzles by Conceptis, has been launched by Sanoma Uitgevers B.V. in the Netherlands. The new magazine is available for international subscriptions at € 2,00 per issue. Released to the stores on March 2 at a regular street price of € 2,20, Kakuro Light is targeted at beginners who want to learn and enjoy these new puzzles. The first Kakuro Light issue is available with a special introduction price of € 1,80. Kakuro Light is a 64 page 12x16 cm pocket size magazine containing 52 puzzles with sizes 8x8, 10x10 and 10x12 and ranging from very easy to medium. In addition each issue contains a large 10x24 special Kakuro centerfold with a difficulty level of Medium. “Following the Sudoku craze, Kakuro is now also becoming a favorite puzzle in The Netherlands so we have decided to launch this magazine” says Rob Geensen, Editor in Chief at Sanoma Netherlands. “Same as with Sudoku, there are many other alternatives for Kakuro puzzles on the market. We chose to work with Conceptis because, just like with Sudoku, we found their Kakuro puzzles of high quality and with a lot of fun to play”. Sanoma has been Conceptis’ partner in the Netherlands since 1999 and is publishing seven other picture-logic and number-logic puzzle magazines exclusively with Conceptis puzzles. Related resources |
