Free Weekly Puzzles rescheduled to Friday 10:00AM GMT

Starting January 26, Conceptis' Free Weekly Puzzles will be updated every Friday morning at 10:00 AM GMT. This new schedule comes after almost four years in which Conceptis free weekly puzzles were being published on Sunday nights.

"We just followed the results of the poll conducted in August 2006" says Dave Green, president of Conceptis. "We asked which day and time our fans would like Conceptis to publish the free puzzles each week and the results were very clear so the decision was easy. It just took us a while because we were so busy launching all those new puzzles recently and working on our new website... :)"

According to the results of the poll "Which day and time would you like Conceptis to publish the free puzzles each week?", a vast majority of Conceptis online community - 83 percent of 1269 participants - prefered the Free Weekly Puzzles to be published earlier than they are today. As many of us seem to enjoy solving our puzzles over the weekend, the next largest group - 43 percent of the participants - voted for publishing sometime during Fridays.

Publish before the weekend starts

Taking some additional production management considerations into account, the new publishing time has therefore been set to Friday 10:00AM GMT. Following are some comments which helped make our decision:

  • Publishing the new puzzles on Friday morning would give everyone a chance to do new puzzles over the weekend.
  • The new puzzles at Friday morning give me the occasion to print it out at work ... :-)
  • I like them to be publish before the weekend starts.
  • I prefer Friday so that puzzles available just before more free time at the weekend
  • Fresh puzzles for the weekend
  • I'd like to have the puzzles before the weekend starts, so either Friday morning or Sunday night (for the following weekend) is my preference.
  • I would like getting the puzzles so I can do them on the weekends...
