AtomShockwave K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of AtomShockwave Corp., launched Conceptis PAP (Pic-a-Pix) puzzles as a free online service in Japan. This is the first step between the companies to provide logic puzzles in jp.shockwave.com, Japan’s leading portal for online games.

Described as the "well-known logic puzzle that now becomes popular worldwide", PAP online service was announced in mid December 2004 with one puzzle per month, in order to test the market response. Following positive feedback from puzzle fans and ranking as the 5 th most popular game on jp.shockwave.com, the company now considers to increase the number of puzzles as well as to launch additional logic puzzles from Conceptis in the future.

With a total of 50 million page views per month jp.shockwave.com provides a variety of entertainment content to over 3 million members on a regular basis. This content includes popular games such as Tetris and BLiX, jigsaw puzzles, as well as animations and short films. With the inclusion of PAP in jp.shockwave.com Conceptis expanded its exposure into three publishing media in Japan – print magazines, mobile phones and Internet.

"We feel very honored and privileged to have been selected by AtomShockwave Japan as their provider of logic puzzles" says Dave Green, president of Conceptis, "The fact that tens of thousands of Japanese are now playing Conceptis puzzles online is one more proof of the high quality content and game software which we create.”
