Conceptis Battleship puzzles set sail in Europe, USA and Asia

LogiReeks Zeeslagie, the first issue of LogiReeks magazine launched this month by Sanoma Uitgevers in The Netherlands, is dedicated to Conceptis Battleship puzzles .

According to Jan Lam, editor of Sanoma Uitgevers' Puzzelsport section, each issue of LogiReeks will be focused on a different puzzle family. The next issues to follow Zeeslagie will contain Kakuro, Kamertje Verhuren (Slitherlink), Bruggen Bouwen (Bridges) and more.

LogiReeks Zeeslagie is a 66 page 12x16 cm publication containing 45 Classic Battleships puzzles in very easy, easy, medium, medium plus and hard difficulty levels. With a total of 52 puzzles, Zeeslagie also contains several bonus Kakuro, Slitherlink and Bridges puzzles.

Mixed puzzle publications

Recognizing the beauty and fun which Battleship puzzles have to offer, many other Conceptis partners have also started using them in books and mixed puzzle publications. Games Magazine, who began publishing Conceptis' Battleship puzzles in 1999 are still continuing to include 6 puzzles in each issue.

Logos Media are including Battleship puzzles in their Sudoku and Kakuro magazines in Russia, while Egmont and Puzzleland are using Battleship puzzles in their variety puzzle magazines in Norway and Sweden and Korea respectively.

Conceptis Battleships are suitable for other types of media as well. Sterling Publishing in the USA and Bear Publishing in Thailand have both released Battleship puzzle books dedicated to Conceptis puzzles. In addition, several daily newspapers are in the process of adding Conceptis Battleships to their puzzles sections.
