More than a hundred Children from China, Russia and Czech Republic gathered in a unique educational activity which took place in Beijing, China earlier this year. As part of the 1st “Beijing International Youth Science Image Evaluation and Panorama” in Beijing Film Festival, the activity was titled “The Journey from Logic to Art Beauty” introduced Conceptis puzzles to visitors of the famous film festival.

A brief tutorial by Chen Cen

After a brief tutorial by Chen Cen, former captain of China’s national Sudoku team and now Puzzle Products Manager at Beijing-based educational training site Xueersi, several types of picture logic puzzles were presented, starting from Dot-a-Pix and Maze-a-Pix and progressing to a couple of Block-a-Pix. No previous experience

Inspire young people to pursue their scientific dreams

According to The Beijing International Youth Science Image Evaluation and Panorama the event aims to "inspire young people to pursue their scientific dreams and improve their scientific competency". Through various forms of creative activities, children and teenagers who take part of the event experience “cutting-edge science and technologies”. This enables them to develop “passion for science and art” as well as to build their determination, and have a “lively, interesting and meaningful science and art lesson".
