1.    General Guidelines

1.1    Do not post copyright protected material
Any material protected by copyright or trademark shall be posted or made available on Conceptis forums according to the Conceptis Copyright Policy Guidelines below.

1.2    Do not use the Forums for commercial purposes
You cannot use these areas for commercial purposes, nor to distribute or otherwise publish any material containing requests for money, advertising, or solicitations and promotions of goods and services.

1.3    You hold us harmless
Conceptis does not endorse and is not responsible for any statement, opinion, or advice given. All postings are those of the author, and you rely on such information at your own risk.

1.4    Your posting may be removed by us at our discretion
Conceptis monitors discussion areas but does not review each post before it is made public. We will enforce the policies above through removal of postings. In instances of willful abuse, Conceptis reserves the right to take whatever action it determines is appropriate, including the termination of access privileges.

1.5    Moderators
What the Moderators say goes. That’s what they are here for.

2.    Community Guidelines

2.1    Do not infringe upon others' use and enjoyment of the Forum
Do not post any material or links to material that is libelous, defamatory, false, obscene, violent, abusive, threatening, harassing, prejudicial, or is otherwise in violation of the law. Any racist, sexist, chauvinistic or homophobic posts will be removed.

2.2    Treat others with respect
Show the same consideration when responding to a message as if you were talking to that person face-to-face. Banter is acceptable, as long as it adheres to all other rules. Witty exchanges are always fun to read and help to make the debate more lively. However, they should never be designed to offend or humiliate someone.

2.3    Don't use all capital letters
It's like shouting.

2.4    Title your new discussions with informative language

A descriptive and accurate title helps others find relevant discussions quicker, and makes search results more accurate.

2.5    Have fun!
That is what the Forum is all about.

3.    Offensive Content

By registering to Conceptis community you confirm that you agree not to post any information which might be considered as vulgar, false, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of other people's privacy, sexually oriented or violates any laws.

4.    Copyright and link policy

Conceptis, together with the logic puzzles market, have grown tremendously in the last few years. With so many puzzles published each month in magazines, newspapers and on the internet, it is only natural some fans would want to create their own archives, sometimes containing thousands of puzzles. This can be tolerated when done in private but publicly available archives must comply with the following Puzzle Sharing rules:

4.1    What you post is your responsibility
Conceptis does not review, warrant or take responsibility for the copyrights of puzzles and other content accessible via its forum links. Any member posting links to puzzles and other content will be solely responsible for their copyrights.

4.2    Do not publish or link archives of Conceptis puzzles anywhere on the Internet
Do not post any links to personal archives of Conceptis puzzles, even if those puzzles were provided free from Conceptis website. If you have such puzzle archives hosted on websites such as eSnips.com and Scribd.com please remove them or make them private.

4.3    Respect all other content publishers as well
Links to websites containing non-Conceptis puzzle archives are permitted only if those websites have copyrights to the puzzles.

If you'd like to publish Conceptis puzzles and tutorials anywhere on the Internet please feel free to use our syndication widgets or contact us for further details.

Thank you.
