Here are 4 steps which will usually solve this (and several other) problems:

- Cache: Try clearing your browser’s cache.
- Pop-up blocker: Please make sure pop-ups are enabled. If you have Google pop-up blocker make sure it is switched off for Conceptis website.
- Flash add-on disabled: Check your browser’s add-ons, to make sure Flash is enabled.
- Corrupted Flash S/W: Download and re-install Adobe Flash.

Hope this helps

Thanks, Dave

Thanks Dave,

I have reinstalled Flash player. I have no pop-up blocker. I have no idea what my browser's cache or my browser's add ons is. I have trouble in more places. Can't see you tube any more.
Can you explain to me what a browser's cache and a browser add ons is?

Cache are the temporary files from previous websites you visited, and add-ons are various plugin programs which were installed to extend the capabilities of your browser (for example, Flash, PDF Reader). Where to find them depends on which browser you are using, but you will normally find them under "Tools" and then under "Options" or "Internet Options", "Add ons" or "Manage Add-ons"

Thanks, Dave
