The square in the 8th row from the top, 6th column from the left, must contain a dot. If you check the "3,1,1,3" combinations in this column, you will see whichever way you try to fit in these blocks this square must be empty.

BTW, there are 2 dots on the right of the 9th row. Are they supposed to be there?

FWIW, this is definitely *NOT* a "Very Easy" puzzle. It took me more than nine minutes to solve, and I've been doing this type of puzzle for 25 years. The average, as of Wednesday noon-time (Pacific Daylight Time) is over 21 minutes. This is the average; even allowing for a few people who don't close the window if they answer the phone, fix lunch, whatever, this is a very long time for a "Very Easy" B&W puzzle. It is truly a "Medium".
