Five Lakes Studio has released an update to its Picross HD game for the iPad adding 100 new puzzles including 20 B&W Pic-a-Pix from Conceptis. Picross HD is an iPad game for playing Pic-a-Pix puzzles also known as Picross, Paint by Numbers, Nonograms and dozens of other names.
Picross HD (Version 1.1) also provides some user experience improvements including new customizable background screens, background music and an option for users to play their own music during the game.
Conceptis' flagship puzzle
Pic-a-Pix has been Conceptis' flagship puzzle since its debut in 1997 and the most popular game on conceptispuzzles.com since 2002. Released on October 29, the new version of Picross HD is the first appearance of Pic-a-Pix on the iPad.
