Sounds like I need to find some time to put some more error-checking into the program.
If you can't find the problem with your text file yourself, feel free to email a copy to me and I will step through the program to see where it is going wrong - that will quickly tell me (a) what error message I should incorporate, and (b) how to fix your text file.

Ian, I used a tab for each of the two first headings and the programme did not like it. Once I replaced the tab with a space, it converted the txt to a picpuz readable file.

1. You download puzzles using the program - file, then load from web.
2. I will send you the older puzzles.

Wow!!! I have been playing the weekly online puzzles for a few years and have wished there was an offline program. I wish I would have checked the forums earlier. This is a wonderful program. Thank you, thank you.
