I would like to see a confirmation when purchasing a puzzle. I am attempting to click "Play Free" but I accidentally click "Buy and Play Now" on a free puzzle and waste my credits, because it immediately removes the credits without confirming whether I intended to buy a puzzle or not. In my case, I never intend to buy the weekly free puzzles, so please have a confirmation for purchase, or remove the option to buy free puzzles altogether please. I had 150 credits, but I'm down to 72, and only because I've accidentally clicked the Buy option when the Play Free option was there.

We considered this option 15 years ago when we designed this website, but research showed that no matter which precautions one takes, there will always be mistakes and human errors. Therefore in case you accidentally purchased a free puzzle please send us an email to support@conceptispuzzles.com and we will cancel the accidental transactions you mention.
