Here are a couple more things that should lead to further progress: Just above the dots in row 8, the blocks in columns 13 and 14 must be at least 2 high, which moves the "6" in row 6 to the left and puts 3 dots on the right end of that row. In row 12, the 2-block in columns 13 & 14 cannot be part of the "4" (too far from the block in column 17) so they must be part of the "5" -- that forces the "4" into columns 18 & 19 and the "5" into columns 11 & 12. ----- When I do the easier and smaller PaP puzzles I sometimes run into trouble by thinking of them a easy, doing them too quickly and missing too many details. Although the difficulty ratings sometimes seem off to me, too, it's usually the case that I'm the one who's "off." :-)
