Hi all!

Following our efforts with Picture Logic and Number Logic puzzles for teens and adults, Conceptis is now developing a whole new line of Kids Logic puzzles for children ages 5-12. We would like to invite you to be amongst the first to explore this innovative product line.

Are you a parent? If so, we would love to hear about your children’s reaction to the new puzzles: which was their favorite one? Were some of them too easy / hard? Please also mention your child’s age. Any feedback from all none-parents is most welcome as well!

You can download a zip with samples (both puzzles and solutions) from the following address: http://www.conceptispuzzles.com/puzzlefans/forum/images/kids_logic.zip

Thanks a lot!

Thank you, they look great! My children are too old but I am going to give these to all who have children of suitable age.
Actually my daughter(26) could qualify not to mention myself!

Wow! I love the idea! Will you be doing mini-sudokus and easy LAPs too?
I solved some with paint and I'm sure my child will love doing it! I'll let you know then for sure! He is 3.5 ys old and already loves LAPS... He has done paint by numbers / symbols yet (in paper)in the past.
But the question is: where will I get more when HE gets addict to it?

Thanks, that's exactly at the right moment for us! Tomorrow we'll go to a big (adult) birthday party. This will be very boring for for my three children (almost 6 years old and the youngest guests) - and now they have something new to try! Really great!

Thanks a lot

The puzzles look really exciting. I thought that they would just be easy versions of Conceptis puzzles, but they are really quite different and wonderful for children. I will try them with my 4 year old grandson.

Hi everyone!
Is any of you try our new kids puzzles and can give us a feedback?
Did your kids love them? Which was their favorite? What about difficulty level?
Really want to hear from you!
Thanks,
Nitsan

I have four children, ages 4 to 10. I gave them the kids' puzzles and they have loved them. My youngest has tried the paint by number and arrow (the "easy" puzzles) and loved them. My oldest prefers the paint by symmetry puzzles. My six-year-old liked the paint by area puzzles, and the spot-a-pix puzzles. My eight-year-old likes the paint by symbols, and anything that isn't "easy."

I was very impressed. I thought the difficulty of the puzzles was appropriate. My kids could understand the directions and could work on the puzzles without me helping them all the time. They occasionally needed some help, but not so much that they became discouraged. I am looking forward to more puzzles like this.

Four of my great-grandchildren came to my house for a visit which turned into a "puzzle party". The twin 7-year-old girls went directly to the colored puzzles, skipping the B&W entirely. They favored the Paint by Blocks and would love to have more. The 12-year-old girl did most of the puzzles, which were too easy for her. She found the Paint by Symmetry challenging, end enjoyed the Paint by Blocks and Paint by Numbers, and she would like more. All three had trouble coloring in the small blocks, so perhaps they should be larger. The 4-year-old is too young for these. My other great-grandchildren (ages 6 and 10) haven't tried them yet. There is an 8-year-old neighbor who also will try. Dave, send us some more like these, please! We'll be glad to test them for you.

Thanks,

Polly

Today I read in the news about
Kids Logic puzzles: Brain-training the next generation
I really hope it will grow as Sudoku did! I for sure would buy a monthly magazine with kid-puzzles!
Good luck, Shiron

When are they going to add this to the site? My son has been waiting patiently!

How much longer! Did they say what month they were going to start the kids section?

Hi - I finally gave my niece & nephews these Kids Logic puzzles & they finished them in one afternoon.  I printed off a seprate set for each of them.  My niece is 11 & my nephews are 6 (twins) and 9.  They LOVED them all.  They're already calling me & asking when they can get MORE.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

So - any answer?  Will there be some free weekly kids' puzzles some time soon?  Will we need to wait until the paid site?  Is there a kids' puzzle magazine in the works?  Is there one already available somewhere in the world, just for kids, that I can subscribe to for them??

Any info you can pass on would be great!

As you all know, my grand-daughter does some of the adult puzzles here; however I think she would love her own book of puzzles. This would also be a great gift to teachers and/or schools, they could copy enough of a puzzle for a class function. Just my thoughts and ideas for the kids puzzles.

your friend!

I somehow missed this whole thread and now the page won't come up.  Does anyone have these puzzles saved or know where I can find them?  I am a teacher and would love to introduce my students to these puzzles as extra credit stuff.

thanks
