July 17 I filled out the form to purchase 7400 credits, entered my credit card info, etc. The message came back that as soon as my purchase went through I could use the credits. The purchase has not processed and does not show up on my account. Can you find out what happened?

I think you should e-mail the customer service (email@example.com) to straighten this thing out.
