Following the switch to the paid content system our server has been experiencing performance declines. The declines were particularly noticeable on Fridays as members were heavily buying credits and newly published puzzles. The main cause of the problem are bottlenecks in the integration with the billing system where massive bursts of simultaneous transactions cause the entire site to respond very slowly.
Conceptis strives to provide the best 24/7 puzzle service possible to everyone. Hence, our development team has been working continuously to resolve this problem completely. In the meantime, we have already succeeded to eliminate one of the major bottlenecks so we expect much better performance this coming Friday, November 13.
Other problems we are aware of resulting with temporary performance declines as described above are possible double-buy transactions of the same puzzle or a weekly package and puzzles that are not always being saved. These problems are very rare, yet possible. In case you notice a duplicate transaction on your account please contact email@example.com and we will delete the redundant transaction. In addition, we recommend not closing game applications immediately after saving or solving a puzzle.
