My Conceptis section

My Conceptis is the heart and hub of conceptispuzzles.com. This is where new puzzles are published each week and where the puzzles are served blank without showing their solutions. My Conceptis is also the place where puzzles are saved on Conceptis’ servers and where puzzle thumbnail images display the puzzle solution states whenever they are saved. You can now solve, save and resume puzzles regardless of where they are located or which computer you are using. In short, My Conceptis is the place you want to be once you are familiar with the puzzles.

Registering to My Conceptis membership is easy and allows you to play, save and resume dozens of new free puzzles which are published every week. With this membership you can also manage your profile and privacy settings , participate in forum conversations and take part in weekly puzzle review contests in which you can win a free Conceptis T-shirt.

Puzzles section

The Puzzles section, containing hundreds of permanent free puzzles, is a comprehensive structured guide to all Conceptis’ puzzle families, variants and models. Each puzzle family (e.g. Pic-a-Pix) has its own homepage containing one or more puzzle variants. Each puzzle variant is an active link to a page (e.g. B&W Pic-a-Pix) containing several puzzle samples which you can play online or print to solve with pencil and paper. These puzzles can also be saved locally on your computer. Each family section contains links to several family-related resources such as playing rules, solving tips, puzzle history and interactive tutorial.

Puzzle support

Stuck with a puzzle? The first step is to make sure you know the rules, which can be found by clicking the Rules link in the top-left corner of the puzzle family page. You can also watch the tutorial movie to make sure you understand how a puzzle is solved. If this doesn’t help, go to the Puzzle support forum where you can see detailed solving techniques, step-by-step solution analyses, explanations about special logic situations and much more. Being part of an active forum, you can also learn techniques from other members and ask for help about the specific puzzle you are stuck with.

Playing online

Puzzles can be played online by clicking the red Play links where available. The red Play links will change to Saved when a puzzle is saved, and to Solved when a puzzle is completed. Note that in case a puzzle is not yet available online a red Print link option is provided so you can solve with pencil and paper. While playing online, all explanations about how to play interactively are available by clicking the Help (?) button on the game toolbar.

Printing puzzles

High quality printouts of puzzles, solutions and current online playing state are possible by clicking the Print button on the game toolbar. Puzzle scaling, multi-page printing and other puzzle specific options are also available in the Print dialog box. For puzzles not yet available online, clicking the red Print link in the puzzle family page will open the Print dialog box directly.

Saving puzzles

All puzzles played on this website can be saved and resumed any time. Puzzles played in the My Conceptis section are saved on Conceptis servers so you can start a puzzle on one computer and continue on any other computer regardless of its location. Whenever a puzzle is saved, the corresponding thumbnail will automatically update to display the saved state. Thus, whenever returning to My Conceptis you will see all puzzles in the state you last saved them without needing to open a single puzzle.

Puzzles played in all other sections will be saved locally on your computer inside the browser Flash environment.
