I just upgraded my mobile phone, which had several of your apps on it. Can I bring the results I've already achieved over to the new phone as well? I was able to re-download purchased puzzles, but the ones that were completed or in progress have been all reset back to unstarted. Note that I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10 now (Android platform).

I'm afraid our apps currently don't enable backing up and restoring puzzle progress. However, we are currently developing this feature which will be released on our iOS apps first and then on our Android apps. We expect the first releases (for our iOS apps) to start in a few weeks.
