In Hashi, is it legal to have a closed loop?
I realize that all points must end up being connected through bridges but as long as that requirement fulfilled, is it legal to have a closed loop?
For example, in the following diagram, all points are connected with the correct number of bridges. However, there is a closed loop made by the three 3's and one of the 2's:
3 — 3 — 1
3 — 2
I presume this is legal but I have not seen any sample puzzles in which a closed loop is present.
