I wrote to Conceptis to ask for a refund - I accidentally bought a puzzle on March 28 that was labeled as free. I must have clicked "Buy" instead of "Play free." This is not the first time this has happened to me, which is frustrating.
What is more frustrating is that the emails listed (email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) are bouncing back to my inbox! I use gmail and I'd be surprised if conceptis blocks that email account.
Please help give me a refund on my puzzle! :(
