Hi all,

I seem to be having a problem with the individual puzzle sections on the website today, and all subpages. When I open up the My Hashi page the top part appears with the calendar etc, but underneath that there are no puzzles! Instead there is a very thin gap to the next white divider. I can open up the "My New" link and get the picture of the one free puzzle, but the white divider is halfway up the puzzle. Clicking on the puzzle itself opens up the link to that puzzle's page, but again the white divider is halfway up the puzzle and I don't get any buttons for "Play Now" etc. My guess is that the divider bar is set too high!

By the number of other people reading this forum I'm guessing I'm not the only one having this problem ... any suggestions?

Whoops, I didn't read the background information post before posting this...
OS: Windows 7
Browser: Firefox 11.0
Version of Flash: That link isn't working for me right now. But in my Add-ons Manager it says I am using the Shockwave Flash 11.1.102.62 plugin (underneath that it says Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102). Hope this helps.
Pic-A-Pix Examples page opens correctly.
I am able to open the example puzzle on that page correctly.

It seems like it's only the Play Online pages that aren't working...

Javascript is enabled I think.
Cookies are enabled except from third parties.
Don't think I have any firewalls installed.

Hope this helps to find the problem!

Glad I'm not the only one. When I didn't see anything on the Facebook page about a problem I was surprised.

OS: Widows 7 64-bit
Browser: Chrome 18.0.1025.142 beta-m and IE 9.0.8112.16421
Version of Flash: It just upgraded to 11.2.202.228
