i can't open saved or new puzzles (pic-a-pix and fiil-a-pix) by hitting saved or play. i have to go to "info" and then click on. is it my computer (don't seem to have any other problems) or is it the website?

No change was done on our side and the saved and new puzzles open fine from "My new" and "My saved".

I'm also not having any trouble opening saved for new puzzles.

addieknight, if you still experience problems, please try clearing your browser cache.
If you use Internet Explorer, please go to Tools -> Internet options. In General tab press “Delete..” Make sure “Temporary Internet files” is selected and press “Delete”.
If you use Fire Fox, go to Tools -> Options. In “Private” tab click on “clear recent history”  and make sure “Cache” is chosen in the small window that opens. Choose Time range as “Everything” and press “Clear now”.

anna, thank you. everything works on firefox now after following your instructions. however, it still doesn't work on safari. could it be a problem with that?

addieknight, just in case, here is how you clear the cache in Safari:
