Conceptis Puzzles worked fine at my computer for years. But since a few days ago I don't see the Puzzles any more - instead a small red cross - and the links are not working.

Operating system: Windows Vista
Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18975
Flash Player: Version 10.1.102.64

Hi Wolfgang

Please reinstall your Flash player. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/, download it again, install it, clear your browsers' cache and restart the browser.

Hi Anna,

thanks for your hints. I did so. I uninstalled the Flash Player, rebooted, installed Flash Player, rebooted again, cleared the cash of Internet Explorer, and rebooted a third time - but the situation hasn't changed.

After uninstalling and installing Flash Player I tested the success of the action by going to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/.

Hi Anna,

now I tried another Browser - Opera. This works fine! All the puzzles are available again! So the problem is solved (for me).
