I have two books, Calcu-doku Numberfest, and Challenging
Calcu-doku Puzzles. I purchased the books in San Diego, California.

In my opinion, these books could be marked as "available" in the CP inventory.

I picked up the Killer Sudoku volume yesterday at a B&N in Ventura, CA.  120 puzzles for eight bucks is a pretty good deal, especially for a spiral-bound book.  Very nice, that spiral binding   And the cover is... interesting

I don't know if you have any of the Sudoku Genius books by Tom Sheldon. The puzzles are good, but about 6 cents per puzzle..I already discussed my "more bang for the buck"
