When I am looking through the archives for puzzles to buy, I am usually looking only for the "hard" or "very hard" puzzles. I have to sift through many puzzles that do not interest me, and that makes the process slow. I imagine that some other people might also have a range of difficulties that they prefer. It would be nice if a purchaser could filter the archive so that they only see puzzles of a particular range of difficulty levels; this would make shopping faster and more pleasant. A slider interface would be nice -- a linear range, with a draggable handle to mark the hardest difficulty level, and one to mark the easiest difficulty level. This way a person could set the range of difficulties they want to see by dragging the high and low markers to the desired spots on the range (and then clicking a button called "refilter" or "search again" or whatever). Examples: To shop for puzzles of all levels except "very hard"... - o-------------------------------------------------------------o
- Ultra Easy----Very Easy----Easy--------Medium------Medium Plus---Hard----Very Hard
To shop for just "medium" and "medium plus" difficulty levels... o-------------o Ultra Easy----Very Easy----Easy--------Medium------Medium Plus---Hard----Very Hard To shop for just the "hard" and "very hard" puzzles... o---------o Ultra Easy----Very Easy----Easy--------Medium------Medium Plus---Hard----Very Hard Is there anyone else who likes this idea?
