Hey,

I wrote to Conceptis to ask for a refund - I accidentally bought a puzzle on March 28 that was labeled as free. I must have clicked "Buy" instead of "Play free." This is not the first time this has happened to me, which is frustrating.

What is more frustrating is that the emails listed (support@conceptispuzzle.com and info@conceptispuzzle.com) are bouncing back to my inbox! I use gmail and I'd be surprised if conceptis blocks that email account.

Please help give me a refund on my puzzle! :(

you misspelled the address; mind the 's' at the end

I went back and checked my emails. I mistyped my original post (thank you for catching that!), but my emails were sent to the correct email addresses - that is, the ones with the "s" at the end.

Can anyone at Conceptis please address this?
