Hi all,
I am stuck on this puzzle and wondering what technique I must be unaware of. I have gone through the advanced tutorial and other advanced techniques on websites but nothing seems to apply here. Thanks for the help!

The next step involves the 6 in the 10th row from the bottom. There is only one way you can fill 4 out of the 6 squares without violating the neighboring 3.
