That's the message I get now whenever I try to open a puzzle. What's going on?

It's all the puzzles. I'm going into withdrawal now! And recently, on My Conceptis; My puzzles page, the My Fill-a-pix has the message: Content Load failed, Error #2124 , and the My Battleships has the message Content Load failed, Error #2036. All the rest have the picture to click on, but when I try to open anything, I get that error message. Anything you can do to help, I'd appreciate! I've been doing these puzzles every day for so many years and, now, that I have the summer off, I end up doing things like housework. Ugh.

Hi frcrox
Here is what our Flash developper had to say:
The errors you are seeing are failures of the puzzle player application to download data from our site. The download takes too long and a certain timeout is reached. This timeout cannot be configured and is constant in Flash Player. This usually will happen if for some reason you have a bad connection with our server and many simultaneous requests (pages with many applications). The best thing you can do is to keep refreshing the page until all puzzles are loaded.

No go. I tried the refreshing thing.....more than 50 times with no results. Today, all I have are little red "x's" everywhere, so I'm ready to give up. I could only get into the forum from the link on the bottom of the page. Thanks for trying.....

I am having a similar problem, but it says error #2036
I do not think it is a timeout issue, since the message is displayed immediately. Is it a configuration problem on my end?

The puzzles are loading for me again.
I'd tried multiple things, including restarting the computer, and what finally worked for me was installing Windows Updates. I'm not even entirely sure that one thing is related to the other...
